How to enable live chat with a real live agent using the Facebook Page inbox

SilFer Bots does not have a live chat function directly built-in currently to perform live support to people who messages your inbox. 

But we found that clients who already perform these tasks through the Facebook page inbox prefer to keep using that instead. 

This is the reason we made it really simple to enable live chat when through the page inbox so the user does not have to go into the SilFer Bots account to enable live chat. 

It is really easy to do and works as following;

  • Go to your Facebook page inbox. All conversations that happen with your customers and the Messenger bot will end up in the Done folder
  • Select any conversation from that folder and then select the option to move it to the Main folder

That’ it!
